Beardow Adams' iconic BAMFutura brand launches two brand new adhesive products

Beardow Adams' iconic BAMFutura brand is celebrating its 30th anniversary with two brand new adhesive products and, with Europe’s largest single site hot melts production plant; it's safe to say this company knows adhesives.

Beardow Adams knows how to Use Less – Gain More.

BAMFutura 43 and BAMFutura 44 from Beardow Adams offer a lower cost of ownership thanks to their high performance at a cost effective price, without compromising quality. BAMFutura adhesives run exceptionally clean so reduce downtime and maintenance costs, yet their lower density and high adhesion means you can use less product to get the same high quality results their users demand.

Formulated using the latest in adhesive polymer innovation at its dedicated R&D and production facility in Milton Keynes, the two newest members of the BAMFutura family successfully harness three decades of adhesives expertise and integrates it with state-of-the-art metallocene advances.

Developed with quality in mind, BAMFutura 43 likes a challenge; perfect for standard case and carton sealing applications for both corrugated and plain card as it's happy at lower ambient temperatures, adding both value and efficiency to its adopters. BAMFutura 44 loves demanding fast setting, retained heat or high-resistance applications such as coffee cups. It not only adds strength and integrity into the bond it is making, but also into the product it is creating. Both new adhesives can be manufactured under BRC food hygiene standards; Beardow Adams is the only adhesive company in the world to hold this globally-recognised standard...and it's got an AA Rating.

Water white in colour, low odour and with high thermal stability, BAMFutura adhesives from Beardow Adams are CSR friendly too, with hot melt technology favouring cardboard packaging over plastics, 100% solid and not containing any nasties like solvents.

Head of Marketing, Eric Coveney highlights how the latest BAMFutura adhesives are ideally suited to today's challenging applications, saying, “Seeing these products from early concept, through their development stages, to now being brought to market has been a real achievement for the team. We love the opportunity to work hands on with our suppliers on real innovation. Our global technical teams flourish addressing real problems, on real applications, for individual customer's bespoke needs. BAMFutura's new additions will enable us to continue this level of service worldwide. We challenge the market and don't just accept the norm. We offer our customers a real alternative to their current supply, with factual benefits – whether it be a more secure bond on a hot coffee cup, or the adhesives' ability to let them use less and allow their production lines run cleaner for longer.”
