Each cleaning product has been formulated to remove hot melt adhesive quickly and easily from tanks, hoses and production line surfaces. In doing so, they help customers to maximise machine efficiency, minimise down time and avoid internal contamination that can otherwise result in blocked nozzles and viscosity inconsistencies.
Our hot melt cleaners include:
- BAMClean 1 which is ideal for regular light duty cleaning and adhesive changeovers.
- BAMClean 2 medium duty cleaner for light build-up of gelled adhesive and minor charring.
- BAMClean 3 for medium to heavy duty contamination.
- BAMSolve for heavy duty contamination, surface cleaning and baked on char.
The BAMFutura range of hot melt adhesives are exceptionally clean running. They help to eliminate hot melt tank charring, stringing and nozzle blockages to further enhance production line efficiencies.
